About Us
Founded by a group of senior registered nurses, disability, and aged care specialists with decades of experience. Killara Care was born out of a need to provide critical care and support to participants who may have difficulty accessing services in rural or remote communities as well as participants in the metropolitan area who need more specialised or complex care.

Lenore Nicholas
Registered Nurse,

Lenore has more than 30 years of experience in nursing, choosing to focus her skills in Cancer Care Services. Over the past 3 decades, she has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in support coordination for participants and patients who may have complex needs or may be more vulnerable. For the past 6 years, Lenore has worked as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, specifically tasked with coordinating support, transportation and clinical logistics and, therapies. Engaging daily with medical departments, social workers and other CNCs throughout the state – particularly in remote and rural areas.
Jestene Nicholas
Quality & Safety Specialist
DIrector of Business, Killara Care
Jess has more than 10 years of experience in Administration and Business Management. With a Certificate IV in Work, Health, and Safety she brings years of experience in high-risk work areas as well as a strong background in Quality and Compliance. Working as part of a Process team for Australia’s largest air emissions testing company, Jess was directly involved in NATA accreditation and auditing for the organisation’s three laboratories across the country.
